How do I know this will meet my expectations?

How anonymous is the system?

HomeEXCEPT only uses the subscribers phone number to link data. The subscriber labels the sensor's so only they and their authorized guests understand who and where is being monitored.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

Who monitors the Notifications?

You and the people you authorize as guests. We call this the "Circle of Care". When someone in your circle deals with a notification, the system identifies who handled it so everyone is aware.

What do I do with a notification?

Your notifications are customized by you for each sensor depending on you unique needs and worries. Notifications make you aware of important changes in activities of daily living. Your notifications help you identify risk and prevent worrisome incidents. It is up to you and your care circle to decide how you will coordinate efforts to respond to the notifications that you set.
